I've heard that the graphics are poor on this in some areas.

After all the hype, I've heard mostly complaints about it. it's "basically MW2". Not being a player of FPS' though, I can't really comment for myself.

I don't mind watching people play them, but I can't get on with the seperate body/head cameras.

    Body/head cameras? o.O

I can only assume that you mean one control stick for lateral movement and the other for which direction to look in. If you use the Legacy control layout, the left stick is for moving forwards, backwards and turning; while the right control stick is for changing your pitch and strafing. From what I can gather, Legacy would be more suitable for you.

Yeah, I can't get the hang of having two controls just to see where I'm going. I also don't like the view of first person. It's far too limited.

Try switching to legacy and see how you get on with that. As for first person being limiting, I'm not sure what you mean by that, exactly

Well, I can't see as much. I'm not actually seeing through the character's eyes, when you consider all the vision to the sides is gone. You can only see what's dead ahead. And I really don't like that feeling. It's not like really seeing through someone's eyes at all.

Until they come up with consoles and games that utilise multiple screens, that won't happen.

Exactly. So I'm happier playing in third-person. ^^
