Very recently finished watching all nine seasons. This is one of those series' that I never got to see much off on it's original run, so I never really got into it (though the topic interested me, obviously).
Really glad I gave it a proper chance though, as I nearly stopped somewhere in season one as the whole "cover up" crap annoys the hell outta me. But this is a series that, for the most part, only gets better and better. =)
