One in particular for me is in Transformers the live action film. Of course there are many cool trasformations in the film but my favourite is when Starscream jumps up in the middle of downtown L A and then transforms into the Raptor and it goes silent and then WOOSH! He flies away at full speed. The effects in Transformers are brilliant but that one is excellent for me.
