Anyways, how's everything this week?

Things have been rather hectic, but I'm handling things very well, considering everything that's happened. My distrust of women was short lived, though I still doubt my own judgment to some extent.

Just becareful. The unfortunate truth is... sometimes we can never be sure. And even when we feel we are, you'll never know 100% until they've either given you sh*t and it's too late, or, one or both of you is dying after a long, happy, life together. Again, when it's too late.

It's also hard to balance caution. Sometimes you can wonder, or be accused, or being paranoid. And sometimes, you convince yourself not to worry because you're probably over-thinking anyway. I guess the only thing you can is, as horrible as it sounds; give no trust until they've earned it. But, of course, be prepared to have the same rule apply to yourself too. Just as you might find it hard to trust, so might they.

You've got that right. Trust is a two-way street
