I'm planning to blog (and post in the topic here) about it soonish. I'll let you know what I consider the pros and cons as I play through. ^^
Gonna have dinner and watch some more Supernatural now, so I'll be back on laters. *waves*

Gah. So typical. I've got stuff to do today, so of course, I'm not feeling well. -_-;

I'm not feeling ill, but this morning has not been the best. Because of everything that's gone on, I haven't been able to sort out some things I need for my housing application, and the deadline is tomorrow >_<

Re: Random Road
I've got a headache that I've had since lastnight, and I'm feeling pretty pukey at the moment too.
Ontop, I've just received a letter from the council, asking for the £558 I apparently owe them eventhough I'm meant to be on benefits and not pay Council Tax.
The letter's dated 6th February, and gives me 7 days to pay before they issue me with a summons, and add £103 on top. Guess what; it's arrived on the 7th day.
F*ck. This.
I've tried calling, but they're apparently gonna call me back when it's "my turn".

Re: Random Road
Right. Called the council. They've suspended our claim for some unknown reason. No, really. The guy I was speaking to couldn't understand why they'd done it because there was no reason for it. They've got all the information they need, etc. So now they're going to investigate that and call me back between 2-5 days time.
I called the job centre straight after just to make sure it's not them f*cking things up again. The guy I spoke to didn't seem sure of what was happening, so they're gonna call me back in about 3 hours time.

Re: Random Road
I'm kinda going through the same thing... kinda. I've relapsed and I'm back on medication for my depression and anxiety, so I'm off JSA and back on ESA. However, due to a muck up on their end, they've got me down as claiming Contribution Based... what the hell? Why would I claim Contribution Based ESA when I haven't worked? Because of that, I've had no money for more than 2 months. We're struggling with bills, food, heating and electric, to say the least.
I phone them up two weeks ago to see what was going on with the claim and they said I would have money within the week. I phoned up the following Monday and that's when they said I wasn't entitled to it because it was Contribution Based. I filled out a change of circumstances form and sent that back last Wednesday, and I'm still yet to have any money. Hopefully things will be sorted in a few days, though.

That... is typical Job Centre. =/ I hope they sort things out soon. They did the same thing to me (one of the many ways they've screwed up my claim since September).
On a more positive note; I'm preparing to do some baking!! =3

Re: Random Road
I'm sure it will be sorted. I just didn't need it at this point in time because of everything else going on and the need to get my housing application sorted. Not that there's much I need to do for my housing application, as I got most of the proof they asked for and I'm going down to the council office a little later. Hopefully they can make do without ID because I don't have any and I don't know where my Birth Certificate is >_<

Total experiment today. Chocolate and butterscotch TOGETHER!! Mwahahaha!! And, I'm using one silicone mould, and one metal. So two experiments, I guess (as I've never used silicone before). XD

Silicone moulds are good because they keep their shape if used properly and are easy to remove. I hope it comes out as you expect... delicious, lol

It's amazed me. I've heard alot about silicone. From the impressive to the nightmarish. So I've always thought it'd be a hit 'n' miss kinda thing.
The cake came out sooo easily though! I'm making a second one now, so I'll let you know if it was just a fluke of luck, or if this one impresses as well. XD

I'm not up to much at the minute, except trying to console a friend whose boyfriend left her not more than a few hours ago

I know. The idiot has let go of an amazing girl at the wrong time. She's very insecure about blokes because she's been messed around so much in the past, and he was unable to get past that and work with her to get over them. Unable or unwilling, I'm still not sure, though I don't think he was as willing as he made out.

I don't know him, but I can already tell you it was "unwilling". If he wanted her, he would've done everything to keep her. Douchebag.

Re: Random Road
ESA finally pulled their finger out and my money is in my bank ^_^
Also, I the council have most of my proof, and there isn't actually a deadline to get it in, thankfully. Got some letters through this morning that can be used, as well. It's all coming together

Awesomes!! =D
And you usually have a month to respond to whatever they're asking you for. But it varies.
Today, I've played me from FFXIII-2 (and I will get to blogging about that soon, I swear), and now I'm about to start baking some Valentine themed goodies for BAMF tonight. ^^

Re: Random Road
They told me there wasn't a deadline, but then the housing office that dealt with me also deals with my sister. I've got most of the proof in, I just want to get the rest of it in together, including letters from doctors annd supporting agencies; that way they think "woah, he really does need to get out; and not just for his sake."

Re: Random Road
So I got a letter from the council. They wanna see my P45. That's fine. I got it through the post the other week, but they could've asked me for it before instead of suspending my claim without even telling me!!
Ah well. I'll take it down to them on Tuesday (it'll be closed over the weekend and packed on Monday).
In other news, I've been playing more Final Fantasy XIII-2 lately. =)
Annnd I've had a migraine nagging to attack for a few days now. So I'm on the co-codamol at the moment and feeling a little bit hazy. ;p
