    Awesome!!

I loved this movie! I was so excited when I heard about this, and the more clips I saw; the more and more excited I got. And when I finally got to see this in the cinema, I was sooo excited I could hardly sit still!!

I was a little worried, coz I'm a big TMNT fan and I couldn't stand it if I'd been disppointed. Though my main concern was for Mikey as he's always been my favourite and I didn't want them to screw him up somehow.

To my joy: he's better than ever!!

The Turtles look great! And they move brilliantly too! And the movie itself had a great balance of darkness and lightness, and it felt comic-bookie with all the little jokey comments thrown-in at every turn! Haha!!

I loved every second of this and I really hope they go ahead and make that sequal!

The only thing they could have really done better was giving Mikey and Donnie more screen-time. I was disappointed to discover the scenes they cut-out that involved these two.

    All-in-all; I loved this film. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love this film. ^^;

Trust you. You must be his #1 fan girl. Though I'm not surprised he's your favourite as I found many similarities between you two.

Yes we do. We honestly do.

I enjoyed this film even though I'm not a real turtles fan myself. I vaguely remember the 80s cartoon but I never really watched it and I only got around to seeing the older films because my fiance owns them on DVD and we watched them along with the newer film when Kitai brought it over. My fiance was not really bothered about seeing the new film as he thought it was going to end up being "off". However, after seeing it he went right out and bought it the next day!

Congratulations Kitai on spreading the Turtle Power! king

Good good, I wasn't a fan of TMNT 3 anyway, the whole idea of just touching something and being sent back in time was just rediculous

    What film? Wink

    Wasn't TMNT (2007) TMNT 3?

You'd be correct, actually. The film that shall not be named is considered by many to either be TMNT 4 (which is can't be when the TMNT (2007) sequal comes along), or that it doesn't exist at all.

I'm serious. TMNT is meant to be set after Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Secret Of The Ooze and the film that shall not be named has been cast aside completely. Which is great!!

    I'm happy with that. sunny

This is true, I did notice the Time Sceptre and the samurai get up from TMN... the film that shall not be mentioned.

I finally watched TMNT, too bad I wasn't able to watch TMNT 1 and 2 first. I loved it, all the same. Felt all nostalgic while I was watching it, as well.

I got about 10 minutes into it and then told Kitai, so we ended up watching it together. It's not as good as watching it in the same room, but it's a start, lol.

Something I wanted to add (coz I don't think I said this yet) is that I think the CG itself is near perfect. I say near because the humans seemed to lack a little when it came to their skin.

What I mean is, on the Turtles, you could see veins (yuk), the skin moving with their expressions, etc. But the humans seemed to lack alot of that.

But I think CG is definatly the way forward for our favourite mutants. They've never looked better and I'm also sooo glad they gave them pupils (and eye colour).

Ok, it's just like you notice the eye colour, which I didn't. I agree with the pupils, they looked so impersonal without them

i really enjoyed it lot of action and the cg looks top notch.
the only part i did not like was the way they made raph so angry and did not really go deep enough to explain why.
