(New World of Hell)
Basically it’s a Post-Apocalyptic Fantasy, of which roleplayers can become demonic beings, or angelic creatures or just be human and join the ride, lol. The RP itself will be quite violent, so I would rather prefer players to be over 16, but if you want to do this, I won’t stop you, lol.
Read the information provided, and let your imagination run riot. God modding is NOT permitted, and if you cannot RP properly, other roleplayers reserve the right to say you smell.
The idea of this RP is based on the Shin Megami Tensei (Otherwise known as Megaten) series, more Lucifer’s Call (Nocturne) and Digital Devil Saga. You do not need to play these to become part of the RP, but they are cool games
In the year 2010, World War 3 was about to start, as well as end abruptly, as the awesome power of nuclear weaponry threatened the planet itself. The decades of political power struggles, corruptions of justice and the decay of human faith in each other, all came up to this point, of self annihilation.
But as the curtain was about to fall…light came from the sky…fire erupted from the earth, and humanity looked in horror…as The Apocalypse, Judgement and Purification of The World, came crashing in.
As the Supernatural War subsided, the earth a shadow of it’s former self, it could be said that at last, there was peace on earth. Or so we would think…
The year 2110, a hundred years since the Apocalypse. Many humans ascended to heaven, and others were cast to hell. But then there were those who could not be claimed by either powers. And so a cruel fate was put upon them.
Humanity would not be forgiven this time, and so would be punished…by acting out in one final war, of which would also decide whether earth would be reborn by Divine powers…or enveloped into the darkness of Hell.
This the War of the Corrupted.
A large number of human’s were forcibly corrupted with either the Divine Lineage, the powers of Heaven and its servants. Or the Demonic Lineage, the Powers of Hell and its damned. Each side would battle each other; absorb their foes energies, until one side is left. Then the world would fall under the jurisdiction of the winning lineage, and the left over “pure” humans, uncorrupted by the lineages, would be bound by its new owner’s law, of which they could be destroyed, enslaved or even reborn and cleansed of past sins to begin a new path to happiness, in darkness or light.
There are 10 million humans, pure and corrupted dwelling on this Wasteland that was formerly earth. Where there are buildings that look as though they have been destroyed for over 3000 years, even though it was only a century ago. Food is scarce, but thanks to the energies of the Corrupts, there are Plantation and Animal Rearing Domes that have been constructed to feed the world. But even they are subject to attacks, to cause trouble to either Lineage forces.
Humans will either hide, or join either side to survive. They are weak.
However…neither side, nor could their Creators would expect that a being could be born to tip the scales of this Supernatural War.

- Magic means your character’s lineage will have powerful magic (either offensive or defensive) and magic resistance.
- Agility means your character’s lineage will be fast, able to dodge hits and perform various acrobatics.
But you can only have a combination of 2.
- Power and Magic benefits allow you to have great strength, defence and magic, but fall prey to not having a lot of speed and will take damage.
- Power and Agility benefits allow you to have great strength, defence and be to deliver fast blows against our enemies, but you will have weak magic resistance.
- Magic and Agility benefits allow you to cast powerful magic quickly and be able to move around to strategic points to deliver damage. But you will be weak against power physical attacks.
- Balanced means you have a combination of all three, but you will not be as strong as combinations of two, but you won’t be as weak either. Being balanced does not make you powerful.
Appearance: I only have one demand, players who create a corrupted character must identify their character to have a lineage mark. You can put it anywhere you like, and even describe what it looks like if you like, lol.

- Basically it’s the form your character will transform into to fight. You can also devise skills if you wish, but there are elements that have to taken into account.

Appearance: 5ft 8, short and spiky brown hair, has one glowing blue eye and one glowing red eye, has pale complexion, and wears just a long black trench coat, brown cargo pants and black boots. Has an Divine Lineage Mark on his right hand, and a Demonic Lineage Mark on his left.
Weapon: When human, just a Handgun. When Angelic, a sword, and when Demonic his claws.
Divine Lineage – Seraph
When Seth allows his Divine Lineage to infect him, he becomes Seraph. A six winged angelic warrior, which has Seth’s features, but has long white hair, long white robe and a Sword of Divine Light. Seraph specialises in using holy magic to heal, and exterminate dark forces, and his swordsmanship is superb.
Seraph genuinely wants to help the humans, and sides with neither Divine or Demonic Lineage but with humans. He would gladly give his life to protect them.
Demonic Lineage – Azazel
When Seth allows his Demonic Lineage to infect him, he becomes Azazel. A 6ft 3 ogre, with dark skin, monstrous features and devil red hair. He has these huge claws that can tear into his enemies and has supreme strength. He specialises in Dark Magic that can curse and weaken his opponents, as well as using his strength to annihilate his opponents and protect his allies (or meat shields as he would call them).
Azazel is a walking monster, who thrives on violence and does not fear anything. But only attacks those that strike a blow against him. He leaves everyone else alone. He always seems angry.
Personality: Seth is a walking mystery. Even though he helps his fellow man, and even some Corrupts, he walks away before getting close to anyone. He wanders the world, in search of answers. And despises this war, as well as the creators of it. Some could say he is heroic, but he denies it, as people follow heroes, and heroes can accidentally lead his followers to their doom. Seth wishes to be alone without the fear of the consequences of whatever moral decision he makes.
Background: Seth was a human, born from human parents. But they were shocked to find he had two marks of the lineages, which is impossible. And as such, they were afraid, and so cast him to the wastelands to die…as they could not kill him out right. However, he was found by some Wanderers, nomadic humans who wander the Lost World, never staying in one place, keeping away from the corrupts. They were intrigued by this child and took him in. He lived with them for 16 years. There were some happy, and as well unhappy times throughout those years, but he was content. That was until the group had wandered right into the middle of a fight between the Lineages. They all died except Seth, who became angry at this and activated his dormant lineage powers, and became a Corrupt who had the power of both lineages. He killed the lineage forces that were there, but changed to human as he got exhausted. A remaining Divine ran from the battle ground, of which started rumours of Seth’s reputation as “The Reaper”. 4 years have passed since the event, and Seth has never been able to combine his lineages again. But he has been able to transform himself into either lineage. He is on a journey to try and find out what he is exactly, and how he came to be.
The only problem is the lineages want to know too…as well as destroy him…

Lineage: Divine
Lineage Benefits: Power and Magic
Appearance: 6ft 5, long brown hair, bright green eyes and has a medium muscular build. Divine Lineage mark is located on his right hand. Wears an old Riot Police uniform crossed with 12th century Knight Armour and has a green cape.
Weapon: Grenade Launcher
Divine Lineage – Micheal
Unlike Seth, Lysander can control his alter-ego. Micheal is an angelic warrior with two large Wings of Flame, his hair stretches down his waist and always has a wind swept look, his bright green eyes glow and wears nothing but a clothed loin cloth. He wields a Broadsword of Holy Fire. He has amazing strength and is an expert in utilizing his fire magic.
Personality: Lysander has a very holier-than-thou attitude. He always has the belief that he is doing the right thing for humanity, and will fight to obliterate every Demonic Lineage in order for earth to be ruled by heaven. He knows himself to be better than everyone else, and that humans are weak and so must be assembled like sheep and kept away from battle unless he needs them as pawns to distract the enemy. He has a very tactical mind, and will use it at every opportunity to destroy his enemies. But he gets really annoyed at the idea of Seth.
Background: Leader of the Divine Lineage. He gained this post after killing the last Leader. He was born with the Divine Lineage and so was automatically enrolled into the Divine Lineage’s forces. Over time he gained potential for immense power, and through very political assassinations, he gained his post as Leader. And since then has actually improved the Divine Lineage’s chances of winning ten-fold. But at the price of using tactics like his enemies. However, Lysander does not care, he believes the strong must oppress the weak, in order to survive – by any means possible.

Lineage: Demonic
Lineage Benefits: Magic and Agility
Appearance: 5ft 9, bald, is quite thin and has deep brown eyes. His Demonic Lineage Mark is on his Left Hand. Wears long sleeved black shirt, black skinny jeans and black boots. Also wears a necklace that has a new born baby’s skull has his pendant.
Weapon: None
Demonic Lineage – Beelzebub
Adrian’s becomes a being that looks like a living shadow that has glowing red eyes, and uses the power of Earth to destroy enemies in his path. With his increased agility, he is able to fade into dark places, always moving, and makes the earth rises to crush his opponents or make them become unbalanced so then Adrian’s allies can attack his enemies in their confused state.
Personality: Adrian is young, but he doesn’t act like it. He doesn’t say much, his word is law. He wishes to win this war so then the earth can no longer fear darkness, by becoming part of it, and making it stronger. He is cold, and calculating, and will not give a damn about any soldier he loses, for it is all part of his greater plan. He is confused by the idea of Seth, as he is an impossibility and contradicts his plans. But he also is amused by the idea of Seth, and would therefore like to manipulate him for his own goals
Background: Leader of the Demonic Lineage for over a year now. He usurped his previous leader’s position by a political vote, which has never been done in the past by the Demonic Lineage, but since Lysander’s ascension to power 10 years ago, difficult times call for different measures. Adrian is the youngest leader they have ever had these past 100 years, but he has shown much potential much to the dismay of his court, of whom are made up of old demonic corrupts. But they all fear him for he has charisma with the forces of the lineage, they identify him as a “true” warrior. Even though he uses others for his plans, and even though they die in the process, but because he claims victory, he is shown praise by his supporters, and pretends to give respect to the fallen…yet in his mind, they are fools. He seeks to destroy the Divine Lineage, and destroy humanity. He blames humanity for the state the world is in, and even though he uses emotion to control the Demonic Lineage’s masses, he wants to create a world where emotion has no control, where war does not exist, where neither happiness nor sadness can be felt. He does not identify his idea as a paradise or a hell, but as a future that is inevitable.
