I wanted to start a Naruto RP years ago, but certain things happened and I left a previous forum I was gonna start it on. However, someone who knew about my idea decided to steal it and use it after I'd left (I found out through someone else months later). ¬_¬

Oh yeah, I know not Core Worlds are CW and not all Rim Worlds are RU, but what about the people on those worlds? I mean like, their individual views? Can they differ from their world's general following?
