i really enjoyed it lot of action and the cg looks top notch.
the only part i did not like was the way they made raph so angry and did not really go deep enough to explain why.
Yeah, the CG is awesome!! Loving it so much!! The guys have never looked better!! ^_^
Raph's always had a very short fuse. I agree though, they didn't go deep enough into it. And you do get the idea really. Though there are many factors to Raph's emotions. But Raph (and Leo) got way too much screentime when compared to their brother's anyways. So if they'd have cut Mike and Don out even more then they may as well have just called it "Leo And Raph: The Movie", or something. Seriously, I hope the sequel has more balance.
Anyways, Leo leaving to train elsewhere in the world hit Raph kinda hard. He also feels jealous as Leo was chosen to be leader and not himself, and feels he's not as loved by Splinter as Leo is. It goes deeper than that, but you can only really know this if you know enough about the Turtles.
Though he can be abit of a loner, Raph is probably one of the most protective of his family members. Having Leo away probably had him worried for him. And also worried for the rest of his brothers as they no longer had Leo to guide them. Raph may like to act all big 'n' tough, but he needs Leo to lean on just as much as the others do. He probably hates to admit that too.
Though part of his current anger towards Leo is explained in the prequel comics too. It also explains why Raph becomes the Nightwatcher.
