Movie Of The Year 2008

Hey folks. For those who love films like me, I think there's been some good ones this year but which one stood out for you the most? It can be any film you want it to be.

For me it's The Dark Knight.

An excellent comic book film and an excellent performance by Heath Ledger as The Joker. It would be a fitting tribute to the late actor if he were to win an Oscar for his performance as The Joker.

just seen that film for the 1st time

I'll have to think about this coz I can't even remember all the movies I saw that came out that year. XD

I admit, I am leaning towards The Dark Knight for my choice. Mind you, I haven't seen all the films that came out last year.

Saw V

There. Out of the few decent movies that came in 2008, I'd probably say Saw V. Wall-E was great, Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull was fun, Iron Man was good, but I think Saw V comes out tops.

No Country For Old Men is near the top of the list too.

GREAT film.

It really is difficult - for me, it's a tie between Dark Knight, Iron Man and Indiana Jones. All 3 of them were incredibly awesome, well-cast, well-scripted films.
